I have fallen totally in love with Hampstead Heath. Sure I have been there loads before but never when it has been hot enough to swim in the ponds. I have not been working all week so have been working on my tan and making like an otter in the murky waters there. Just fantastic.

It is almost too cold today to go which I guess means that this wonderful weather is almost over. I love that the waters there have ducks and wrens (maybe?) swimming in the water too. I have been hanging out at the womens only area rather than the mixed and it has been like going back to being a girl (I went to an all girls school) to be surrounded by so many women.

Sometimes I feel a bit funny about being round strange guys whilst in my togs (or swimmers/ bathers depending on where you are from). It just seems so much more relaxed round women only.
