Monday Monday - I have that song in my head now. The harmonies are really nice. And I listened to Manic Monday on the way to work which is always nice. And the busker at Canary wharf tube station was playing Stairway to Heaven again this morning as I was emerging into the light from the dank darkness of the underground on the escalator. It is a beautiful way to start the day.

I had a pleasant weekend. Watched the De La Hoya/Mosley fight which was pretty great. But I was supporting De La Hoya and I thought that he should have won. Those Vegas judges - I don't know about them. Also saw American Wedding on bootleg DVD. Some Hugh Jackman/Meg Ryan thing (pretty lame) and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (as good as ever).

In an attempt to have a little culture in my life I went to the Paradise exibition at the National Gallery (shite - a move around of their permanent stuff that I've seen before) and the BP award at the National Portrait Gallery (some good stuff). In Trafalgar Square they had a blues band playing which was pretty good. Heard a John Lee Hooker song I hadn't heard for ages.
