Yeay so it is Friday. Gosh this working malarky sure takes it out of you! I've been a bit poorly the last few days with a stomach bug. This is something I never get but it is the second time since I got back that I have been unwell. I suspect that I may not be in peak physical condition at the moment. Maybe I picked something up in Africa or more likely I have the dreaded London belly. I have tried to see a doctor (actually on another more dubious matter) but as ever in this country I am finding it sadly impossible.

Sadly (or luckily) I was unable to bunk off work to go to the Wine and Spirit fair yesterday as I could not face the thought of limitless supplies of free alcohol - what is the world coming to!! I am shaken as anyone would be by this discovery.

But hey there is always the pub crawl tomorrow!
